Easyfairs offers various stand types. Here you’ll find all the practical information for each stand type:

  1.  met een basic unit van 6, 12 of 18 m2
  2.  met een premium stand van 20, 28, 36, of 44 m2
  3.  met space only vanaf 16 m2
  4.  all-in standbouw vanaf 9m2
  5.  houtbouw – 1ste etage vanaf 6m

1.  Basic Units (Layout: Ground floor and first floor)


One of the easiest ways to participate is with the basic unit. It’s basic, simple, fun, and easy to customize to match your brand’s style. The wall and table will be set up and ready for you when you arrive.
  • Prices include EasyGo Leads, 1 table, 2 parking passes for 3 days, and 2 lunch/dinner vouchers for 3 days.
  • A 10% surcharge applies to the price per square meter for booths with two open sides.
  • Back walls are made of 18mm plywood.
  • Carpet tiles are anthracite gray in color, with the exception of the upper level, which has a concrete look and feel.
  • Booth cleaning: daily vacuuming of open floor space on standard flooring.
  • You may not paint the back wall yourself.
  • You can have us paint the back wall in a color of your choice.
  • The table and base may not be painted.
  • The use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
  • No walls may be placed between booths.
  • Screws in the back wall are permitted, but must be removed after the event.
  • No objects in the booth space may be taller than 150 cm.
  • Can also be booked without a table(s); price remains unchanged.

2.  Premium Stands – Ground floor

Are you looking for more space and do you have your own displays? Do you want to give your booth its own unique look and feel? Then the premium booth is the best option for your brand.

Specifications

  • Prices include EasyGo Leads, a storage room with a door, 2 parking passes for 3 days, and 2 lunch/dinner vouchers for 3 days.
  • 5% surcharge on the price per square meter for stands with 3 open sides.
  • 4 meters deep, stand length 5, 7, 9, or 11 meters.
  • Back wall 2.75 meters high.
  • Includes storage room with door.
  • Carpet tiles are anthracite gray in color.
  • Stand cleaning: daily vacuuming of open floor space on standard flooring.
  • Screws in the back wall are permitted, but must be removed after the event.
  • Use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
  • Back wall can be painted in a color of your choice (RAL or NCS code).

3.  Space Only – Ground floor

Do you have your own booth, or would you like to create your own presentation with a unique style and atmosphere? If so, you have the option to rent just the space—a “space-only” option.

  • Space-only options are available starting at 16 m².
  • Prices do not include EasyGo.
  • Prices do not include an open-side surcharge, if applicable. 10% for 2 open sides, 12.5% for 3 open sides, and 15% for 4 open sides.
  • Prices include 2 parking passes for 3 days and 2 lunch/dinner vouchers for 3 days.
  • Carpet tiles are anthracite gray in color.
  • Booth cleaning: daily vacuuming of clear floor space on standard flooring.
  • Only after approval of the booth design; submit within 3 weeks of registration.
  • The use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
  • Maximum construction height is 4.5 m.

4.  All-in standbouw – Ground floor

Don’t have your own booth and want to use our all-inclusive standard booth construction service? We can help!

  • All-inclusive booths are available starting at 9 m².
  • Prices do not include EasyGo.
  • Prices do not include an open-side surcharge, if applicable. 10% for 2 open sides, 12.5% for 3 open sides, and 15% for 4 open sides.
  • Booth walls: white panels in an aluminum frame. Wall height including frame: 250 cm. Visible dimensions of white panels in frame: 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
  • Frieze: aluminum strip on the aisle side for mounting LED spotlights.
  • LED spotlights on rail: 6 spotlights per 2 linear meters.
  • Nameplate: 1 green nameplate with company name and booth number.
  • Carpet tiles: anthracite gray carpet tiles.
  • Booth cleaning: daily vacuuming of open floor space on standard flooring.
  • Prices include 2 parking passes for 3 days and 2 lunch/dinner vouchers for 3 days.

5. Wooden construction – 1st floor

Don’t have your own booth, or would you like to create your own display using a wooden wall? In that case, you can rent a wooden structure.

  • Wooden structures are available starting at 6 m².
  • Prices do not include EasyGo.
  • The price does not include an open-side surcharge, if applicable. 10% for 2 open sides, 12.5% for 3 open sides.
  • Wooden booth walls are 250 cm high.
  • The number of pendant lights depends on the width of the back wall.
  • Booth number on the side.
  • Includes table – 150 x 90 x 74 cm (LxWxH).
  • Prices include 2 parking passes for 3 days and 2 lunch/dinner vouchers for 3 days.
  • Booth cleaning: daily vacuuming of the floor area on the standard floor.
  • The use of roll-up banners is not permitted.
  • Screwing, drilling, and nailing into the booth walls is permitted.
  • Painting and/or wallpapering the booth walls is permitted for an additional fee.

6. Newcomers and Emerging Labels

Special Space

There is a dedicated area for newcomers, emerging labels, brands with a limited product range, and young designers.

Specifications:

  • Prices include EasyGo Leads, 2 parking passes for 3 days, and 2 lunch/dinner vouchers for 3 days.
  • Booth space: 3 x 2 m.
  • Wooden wall 2 m wide and 2.5 m high; the sides remain open.
  • Includes table – 150 x 90 x 74 cm (LxWxH).
  • Maximum height 2.50 m.
  • Booth cleaning: daily vacuuming of open floor space on standard flooring.
  • Use of roll-up banners is NOT permitted.
  • Only permitted after approval.

All-in stand - ground floor

The All-in stand consists of the following components:

  • Stand walls: White panels in an aluminum frame. Height of walls including frame is 250 cm. Visible area of white panels in the frame is 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.

  • Fascia board: Aluminum strip on the aisle side for attaching LED spots.

  • LED spots on rail: 6 spots per 2 linear meters.

  • Nameboard: 1 green nameboard with company name and stand number.

  • Carpet tiles: Anthracite gray carpet tiles.

  • Stand cleaning: Daily vacuuming of free floor surface of the standard floor.

If you have any questions about the stand construction upon arrival at the stand, you can visit the setup reception so we can resolve it before the event starts.

Additional Options for All-in Stand

Check the webshop or Event Services for alternative options for the All-in stand such as:

  • Different types of flooring

Check the webshop or Event Services for options to personalize the All-in stand and make it stand out more, such as:

  • If you do not want a fascia board, please notify Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days before the event starts.
    • Removal of the fascia board is possible subject to conditions. This depends on the stand size and stand types of neighboring stands.

  • If the fascia board is omitted, the LED spots and nameboard will also be omitted.

Rules and Guidelines for All-in Stand

Stand Construction

  • Screwing, drilling, and nailing into the stand walls is not permitted.
  • The use of tape on the walls and frames that leaves residue or pulls off the coating upon removal is not allowed.
  • In case of damage to the walls, frames, and/or fascia boards, a charge of €50.00 per linear meter will be applied.

Carpet

  • Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop. If you remove carpet tiles yourself from the stand, the costs will still be charged.
  • When using sand, bark, or other contaminating materials in the stand, it is mandatory to protect the carpet tiles with foil or an alternative protective underlay.
  • In case of contamination or damage to the carpet tiles, a charge of €50.00 per m² will apply.

Stand Furnishing

  • When placing your stand objects in the all-in stand, please consider the following height measurements:
    • Maximum construction height: 4.5 meters
    • Maximum display height for logos and visuals: 4 meters

  • Rigging above the all-in stand is allowed. Hanging points, etc., can be requested via the webshop or Event Services. Rigging must be arranged through us and is carried out by Decoriginals. Check the floor plans for no-rigging zones.

  • Furnishing the all-in stand is only permitted within the boundaries of the rented stand. Placing objects in the aisle outside the stand is not allowed.

  • Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines.

All-in Stand wooden construction – upper floor

The wooden construction stand on the upper floor consists of the following components:



  • Wooden stand walls with a height of 250 cm.
  • Pendant LED spotlights.
  • Nameboard with company name and stand number.
  • Includes table – 150 x 90 x 74 cm (LxWxH).

Wooden construction stand usage regulations

  • Screwing, drilling, and nailing into the stand walls is allowed.
  • Painting and/or wallpapering the stand walls is permitted for an additional fee.
  • If you have any questions about the wooden construction upon arrival at the stand, you can visit the setup reception so we can resolve them before the event starts.

Extra possibilities

  • Painting and/or wallpapering the wooden walls is allowed for an additional fee:
    • €100.00 for less than 3 linear meters
    • €200.00 for more than 3 linear meters

Space only

A Space Only stand includes anthracite grey carpet tiles.

If you have reserved a Space Only stand, you are only renting the floor space covered with carpet tiles. Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop.

You are responsible for providing the rest of the stand construction yourself. We kindly ask you to submit the stand layout and technical drawing for approval in advance. Please refer to the deadlines for the correct submission date.

Guidelines for Space Only Stands

Evenementenhal Gorinchem

  • Hall 1 High Ceiling: 4.5 meters
  • Hall 2 Low Ceiling: 4.5 meters
  • Hall 2 Next Level: 4.5 meters

Evenementenhal Hardenberg

  • Halls 1 to 7 and Klepperzaal: 4.5 meter

  • Evenementenhal Gorinchem: 4 meters
  • Evenementenhal Hardenberg: 4 meters

Check the floor plans for the no-rigging zones. Rigging above the stand is not permitted in these areas.

Hanging points (rigging) may only be installed by our preferred supplier, Decoriginals. Requests can be made via the webshop.

Stand walls higher than 2.5 meters must be finished neutrally on the back side from 2.5 meters upwards, in white or black, without logos and/or visuals.

Attaching stand walls and/or other stand components to an adjacent stand that is not built by the same exhibitor/stand builder is not permitted.

Open sides bordering aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines.

If you want to provide your own stand construction for a mid-stand, please take into account the net internal dimensions.
Net internal dimensions: -5 cm plus -1 cm per meter of stand wall.
(For example: a mid-stand 3 meters wide has a net internal dimension of 2.92 meters)
