Standtype
Easyfairs offers various stand types. Here you’ll find all the practical information for each stand type:
All-in stand
- Booth walls: White panels in an aluminum frame. Wall height (including frame) is 250 cm. Visible dimensions of the white panels in the frame are 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
- Frieze: Aluminum molding on the aisle side for mounting LED spotlights.
- LED spotlights on a rail; 6 spotlights per 2 linear meters.
- Nameplate; 1 green nameplate with company name and booth number.
- Carpet tiles; Anthracite-gray carpet tiles.
- Booth cleaning; Daily vacuuming of open floor space on the standard floor. If you are not satisfied with the booth construction upon arrival, please report this to the exhibitor reception desk so we can resolve the issue before the event begins.
Additional Options for All-in Stand
Check the online store or Event Services for alternative options for the All-in booth, such as:

Check the online store or Event Services for options to personalize your All-in booth and make it stand out more. For example:

- If you do not want a fascia board, please notify Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days before the start of the event.
- Removal of the fascia board is possible subject to certain conditions. This depends on the size and type of adjacent booths.
- If you choose not to have a fascia board, the LED spotlights and nameplate will not be provided.
Rules and Guidelines for All-in Stand
Stand Construction
- Screwing, drilling, and nailing into the partition walls is not permitted.
- The use of tape on the walls and frames that leaves tape residue or peels off the coating when removed is not permitted.
- In the event of damage to the walls, frames, and/or trim moldings, a charge of €50.00 per linear meter will be assessed.
Carpet
- Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance through the online store. If you remove carpet tiles from the booth yourself, you will still be charged for the costs.
- If you use sand, bark, or other materials that may cause soiling in the booth, you are required to protect the carpet tiles with plastic sheeting or an alternative protective underlay. If the carpet tiles become soiled or damaged, you will be charged €50.00 per m².
Stand Furnishing
- If you place stand elements in the all-in booth, you must take the following height restrictions into account:
– Maximum structure height: 4 meters.
-Maximum display height for logos and visuals: 4 meters. - Setup of the all-in booth is permitted only within the boundaries of the rented booth. It is not permitted to place objects in the aisle outside the booth.
- Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed off by up to 50% to ensure clear sightlines.
Space only
A Space Only booth includes anthracite-gray carpet tiles.
If you have reserved a Space Only booth, you are renting only the floor space covered with carpet tiles. Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop
You are responsible for the rest of the booth construction. Please submit the booth floor plan and technical drawing in advance for approval. See the deadlines for the correct submission date.

Guidelines for Building Your Own Booth
Gorinchem Event Hall
Hall 1 (High Ceiling): 4 meters
Hall 2 (Low Ceiling): 4 meters
Hall 2 (Next Level): 4 meters
Gorinchem Event Hall: 4 meters
Hardenberg Event Hall: 4 meters
Rigging zones are not allowed.
Exhibition walls taller than 2.5 meters must have a neutral finish in white or black on the rear side, starting at 2.5 meters and extending upward, without any logos or visuals.
Attaching exhibition walls and/or other booth components to an adjacent booth that is not built by the same exhibitor or booth builder is not permitted.
Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed off by up to 50% to ensure clear sight lines.
If you plan to set up an island booth using your own booth construction, please take the net interior dimensions into account.
Net interior dimensions: -5 cm to -1 cm per meter of booth wall. (For example: a 3-meter-wide island booth has a net interior dimension of 2.92 m.)
If sand, bark, or other materials that may cause staining are used in the booth, you are required to protect the carpet tiles with plastic sheeting or an alternative protective underlay. If the carpet tiles become stained or damaged, a fee of €50.00 per m² will be charged.
Removal of standard carpet must be requested in advance through the online store.
