Kitchen Textile Collection by Mariette Wolbert Textiles
Mariëtte Wolbert has years of experience in textile design and specializes in home textiles. One could easily call her the queen of kitchen sets. Her designs have a distinctive style and are now known worldwide. She describes her designs as "beautiful, light, logical, luxurious – and always with a smile." In her native language, this translates to "5 L's" ("Delicious, light, logical, luxurious, and with a smile").
Her work, such as upholstery and curtain fabrics, rugs, textile buttons, and kitchen textiles, is in the collections of various museums and has received several awards.

Soft Square
This kitchen towel is inspired by the painting “Huis ten Bosch” by the artist Ten Compe (1750). The design is an abstract graphic version of the painting. The clothing of the people, the colors in the sky and of the building are incorporated in the translation to weaving these kitchen towels. Thanks to their color scheme, the kitchen sets have a rugged, warm appearance. They are made of 100% cotton and produced in Portugal. Tea towel size: 65 x 65 cm Kitchen towel size: 60 x 60 cm

Koraal
In the design of the kitchen set Coral, Mariëtte used the fan shape of the 'acabaria splendens', a soft coral species. The circles in the canvases are the larvae that swirl to find a place further down. In the edge she has applied the 'brain coral’. They are made of 100% cotton and produced in Portugal. Bella Salmonella | petrol
In a TV commercial from the Ministry of Health, the advice was given to use a clean tea towel/dishcloth every day. This prompted Mariëtte to research bacteria in the kitchen. She has incorporated some of these bacteria into her design. Thanks to their color scheme, the kitchen sets have a rugged, warm appearance. They are made of 100% cotton and produced in Portugal. Amaryllis
Amaryllis The Amaryllis symbolizes pride, enchanting beauty, and strength. Because the flower can bloom during the winter months, during the Christmas season, it also symbolizes hope and renewal. The name "Amaryllis" comes from the Greek and means "to shine" or "to sparkle" Thanks to their color scheme, the kitchen sets have a rugged, warm appearance.
