About us

Designing and making botanically inspired products which celebrate nature and nostalgia. All made with care in England.

Here at Studio Wald we create an ever evolving collection of botanically inspired products - including greeting cards, plant hangers and our best selling flower press.

Studio Wald is founded by Jakob & Freya, a husband and wife team who met while studying a degree in 3D design. The business has now grown to include a team of fantastic makers who are dedicated to ensuring all products are made and packed with the utmost care.

Based on the riverside in our hometown of Leeds, Yorkshire all products pass through our hands for printing or compiling, before being carefully packed and sent off to our stockists and customers. We work closely with our manufacturers and source the majority of production locally. All paper products are printed and finished in and around Leeds using either 100% recycled or sustainably sourced paper. Wood is lasercut in Yorkshire and printed by us, again using sustainably sourced material. The majority of components are sourced from reputable UK suppliers.

Our main focus is working with fantastic independent shops around the world. However we also work with larger retailers & prestigious stores including the likes of Kew Gardens, the V&A, RA and Bloom & Wild.
