Access & Stand personel
Below you’ll find all the important information about access to the event during setup, teardown, and the exhibition days themselves. Make sure you’re well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand personel
Register your booth staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage Booth – Booth Staff – Manage Staff). During setup, you can pick up the badges at the exhibitor reception desk using the barcode.
Catering vouchers
All exhibitors will receive two catering vouchers per exhibition day, which grant access to the exhibitor restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered through the online store. The catering vouchers and any additional vouchers ordered can be picked up at the exhibitor reception desk on the last setup day and the first day of the exhibition.

Lunch: 12:00–14:00
Parking tickets
All exhibitors will receive 2 parking tickets per exhibition day, which allow for free exit. Do you need additional parking tickets? Order them in advance through the online store or on-site at the parking meter. The parking tickets and any additional tickets ordered can be picked up at the exhibitor reception desk on the last setup day and the first day of the exhibition.
Accessibility
By car
Gorinchem Interchange (A27/A15) toward Nijmegen (A15). Take the Gorinchem-Oost exit (Exit 28). Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the dynamic signage.
PARKING
There are 2,200 parking spaces around the Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €11 per day. Are you coming by bike? You’ll also find a free bike rack in the parking lot.
Public stransport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transportation.* From Gorinchem Station, take bus line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, Griendweg, and it’s just an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
*PLEASE NOTE: On Sundays, the trip by public transportation may take longer than usual.
