Order in time to take advantage of the low early-bird rate. Check the deadline for the early-bird rate here.
After the early-bird rate expires, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as printed materials, can only be ordered during the early-bird period.

Placing additional orders after the online store has closed is only possible during setup at the exhibitor desk.
Please note:
- A 100% surcharge applies to requests for technical services during setup.
- Only a limited selection is available during setup, and only while supplies last.
- Delivery of reorders placed through the online store will always take priority over reorders placed during setup.
Additional orders can be canceled up to 15 days before the event begins. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Printed materials such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers cannot be canceled.
Items in the online store are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In the event of damage and/or loss, the costs will be recovered from the exhibitor.
