Specifications
If you have ordered printed materials, you must submit the designs in a timely manner. Check the deadlines for when the designs must be received by us, and see the submission specifications below.
Seamless Prints
The seamless print canvases are the property of the exhibitor (excluding the frame). If you wish to keep the canvas after the event, it must be picked up immediately after the end of the last exhibition day. The canvas can be easily removed from the frame by pulling on the small loop at the bottom corner.
Canvases still in the frames one hour after the end of the last exhibition day will be removed and sent for recycling and will therefore no longer be available for retrieval.
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. After you place an order, you’ll receive an email with a direct link and more information about uploading the files.

Printed Stand Panels
If desired, printed booth panels may be taken home by the exhibitor after the event (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the booth panels with you, you must notify the exhibitor reception desk or Event Services before the end of the first day of the trade show. The panels must be picked up immediately after the event ends. Unfortunately, there is no storage available for the panels.
If you do not indicate by the end of the first day of the trade show that you wish to take the booth panels with you, they will be recycled immediately after the event concludes.
Other Printed Materials
You will receive the specifications for other printed materials—such as All-in Plus banners, printed friezes, Easy Eyecatchers prints, counter stickers, etc.—after ordering the desired product.
All banners, printed canvases, and panels may be taken by the exhibitor after the event, if desired (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the printed materials with you, you must indicate this at the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the trade show.
The printed materials must be taken with you immediately after the end of the last day of the trade show. Dismantling will be carried out by Easyfairs and/or the relevant supplier. Unfortunately, there is no option for storing printed materials.
