In a TV commercial from the Ministry of Health, the advice was given to use a clean tea towel/dishcloth every day. This prompted Mariëtte to research bacteria in the kitchen. She has incorporated some of these bacteria into her design. Thanks to their color scheme, the kitchen sets have a rugged, warm appearance. They are made of 100% cotton and produced in Portugal.
