What you will do • Continuously refine and translate the strategy, in close collaboration with the MD and NOA Collective, into a recognizable and cohesive brand experience. • Breaks down annual goals into clear monthly goals per team member and per role. • Monitors progress, budgets, and delivery; makes monthly adjustments. From strategy to operations • Manages the team regarding rhythm, priority, and ownership; sets the standard for pace and quality. • Inspires and coaches; brings out the best in people and builds a culture where people go the extra mile. • Conducts quarterly check-ins and monthly progress meetings. Operationally responsible • Is responsible for day-to-day operations and operational planning. • Ensures that agreements, deadlines, and goals are met and that the MD can act on this. • Coordinates the deployment of partners, agencies, and freelance specialists. • Ensures that the team's work is delivered to a high standard and consistently.
