Our designers create products in our own Studio Blitz, drawing inspiration from paintings, illustrations, and works of art. With respect for the original artwork, they develop distinctive, high-quality products for museums, retailers, and online stores. Elwin van der Kolk (1972), biologist and nature artist, has been fascinated by the natural world from an early age. Together with Vogelbescherming Nederland – an organization that has been advocating for birds and their habitats for more than 125 years – he has created a distinctive collection featuring a diverse range of products.
Almond Blossom Vincent van Gogh
Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch painter. His work falls under Post-Impressionism, an art movement that succeeded nineteenth-century Impressionism. Van Gogh painted one of his favorite subjects: large blossoming branches against a blue sky. Because the almond tree blossoms early in spring, it symbolizes new life. Van Gogh drew inspiration from Japanese printmaking for the subject, the sharp outlines, and the placement of the tree within the picture plane.

Delft Blue Royal Delft
Since 1653, Royal Delft, officially known as De Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles, has been creating high-quality Delftware that has been world-famous for centuries. Iconic Delftware masterpieces are handcrafted in Delft. We are glad to pay tribute to the iconic Dutch pottery style, know for the name ‘Delfs Blauw’. The name refers to Dutch potters who got inspired by Chinese porcelain and the famous Dutch pottery factories situated in or around… Delft! Several designs have been put into use for every day usage.
Collection Tulpenvelden Sietse Wiersma
As a farmer’s son, Sietse (1950) developed a great love for the rural environment in which he grew up. This is often reflected in his portfolio of realistic paintings. Landscapes or still-lifes, Sietse presents his themes in an recognizable and quirky way. As a self-taught artist Sietse was able to focus full-time on his artist life since the year of 1985. His typically Dutch work finds its way across many borders, from Asia to Middle East and North America. Since 1982 Sietse lives and works in Oudkarspel in North Holland. His studio/gallery can be visited by appointment.
